Return & Exchange Policy – NOTE Makeup

We value your satisfaction.
Due to hygiene and quality reasons, the following exchange-only policy applies:

Exchange Period

• Exchange is allowed within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• The original receipt is required.

Exchange Conditions

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Exchanges are allowed for equal value only.
  Any price difference must be paid by the customer if applicable.
• No cash refunds. Store credit may be issued upon approval.
• Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Items

• Opened or used cosmetic products.
• Promotional or discounted items, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Defective or Incorrect Items

• Defective or incorrectly delivered items will be exchanged free of charge after verification.

Important Notice

• Management reserves the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
